Business Analyst – Salesforce/Territory Management

About the role

Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Business Analyst to support the strategic program migrating markets currently using “By Design” solutions to S/4C. As part of this transformation, the Atom solution is being used as a standardized Territory Management solution based on Salesforce.

Employment Type: contract

FTE: full-time

Working mode: hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) from KL

Responsibilities:

• Support the Territory Management implementation and related market migrations.
• Act as an end-to-end Business Analyst, from requirements gathering through implementation and testing.
• Drive requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Understand business processes, requirements and expected business value.
• Independently challenge and clarify business requirements where appropriate.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and support solution design.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers and other technical teams.
• Work effectively within a Scrum/Agile team and contribute to Sprint goals.
• Support implementation and configuration activities.
• Support the testing process, including reviewing test cases and supporting UAT.
• Help the team investigate and resolve functional issues.
• Work across integrations between Salesforce, SAP ERP and AWS where required.
• Support the team as additional markets are prepared for go-live.

Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements

Business Analysis

• min 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business-process analysis.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of topics.
• Ability to challenge business stakeholders and proactively identify better solutions.
• Strong understanding of business value and product-oriented thinking.
• Experience working closely with development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Salesforce

• Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Analystics experience – mandatory.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience – mandatory.
• Good understanding of Salesforce functionality and business processes.
• Willingness and ability to learn Salesforce Territory Management concepts.

Agile / Scrum

• Previous experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Comfortable working with Sprint goals, development teams and Product Owners.
• Strong team-player mentality.
• Able to operate effectively in a small, cross-functional team.

End-to-End Delivery

The candidate should be comfortable contributing across:

The BA should not be limited to collecting requirements or managing tickets.
