Business Analyst (Shift Rotation)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Analyst with practical OMS or WMS experience and strong English communication skills.

The ideal candidate understands order management and warehouse operations, can effectively bridge business requirements and technical solutions, and is capable of supporting global customers in system operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Experience in both OMS and WMS, as well as TMS, SQL, and system implementation projects, will be considered an advantage.

Job Description

OMS / WMS System Analysis & Operations

• Analyze, support, and improve business processes within Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Support OMS processes, including order creation, modification, cancellation, status management, fulfillment, and delivery integration.
• Support WMS processes, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and stock transfers.
• Analyze and support integrations between OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP, and external systems.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of order data issues, inventory discrepancies, interface failures, and system incidents.
• Manage customer change requests (CRs) and support system enhancements
  

Business Analysis & Consulting

• Gather, analyze, and document customer business and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes (As-Is) and design improved workflows (To-Be).
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new functionalities and system improvements.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  

Global Customer Support & System Maintenance

• Provide operational and application support for OMS/WMS systems used by global customers.
• Communicate with international customers in English through meetings, emails, and operational discussions.
• Investigate system incidents, analyze root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
• Report incident status, resolution progress, and improvement actions to customers.
• Support system stability and continuous operational improvement.
  

Project & Change Management

• Participate in OMS/WMS implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects.
• Analyze the business and technical impact of customer change requests.
• Support development schedules, testing activities, and deployment coordination.
• Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and change histories.
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in OMS or WMS implementation, operations, maintenance, or business analysis.
• Practical understanding of logistics business processes, including order management, warehouse operations, inventory management, and inbound/outbound activities.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory, including:
• Ability to participate in and conduct business meetings with international customers.
• Ability to write professional emails and business documents in English.
• Ability to explain system incidents, operational issues, and resolutions in English.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with customers and development teams.
• Ability and willingness to work two special shifts per week (one early shift and one late shift).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both OMS and WMS implementation or operations.
• Experience in TMS (Transportation Management System) implementation and operations.
• Ability to use SQL for data queries, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in new OMS/WMS implementation or system enhancement projects.
• Experience with API, EDI, or integrations between OMS, WMS, TMS, and ERP.
• Experience working with global logistics companies, distributors, or third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Broad knowledge of order management, inventory, warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery processes.
• Experience providing application support to international customers.
  

WORKING SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS

Working Days: 5 days per week

The position requires a flexible working schedule to support global customers.
