Job Title: TRIRIGA Business Analyst Job Overview: A Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in an organization by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve business objectives. The job description for a Business Analyst may vary depending on the industry and specific organizational needs, but generally includes the following responsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to collect and analyze information. Process Mapping: Document and model existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and propose optimized processes that align with organizational goals. Documentation: Prepare detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT or development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences, including management. Experience: 5+ Years as a seasoned business analyst working on Enterprise Software Implementation projects Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and has exposure to IBM TRIRIGA Facilities Condition Assessment Model Highly Preferred Analytical Skills:: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools, data modeling, and project management methodologies. Knowledge of relevant programming languages and databases is often beneficial. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and business domain in which the organization operates. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
