Key Responsibilities: Providing first line support for users of selected IT group applications (SAP VIM, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow) on behalf of local companies from the Orbia group; Administration and granting accesses to users of selected group applications; Active support for users of local companies and SSC with knowledge of group applications and participation in the development of further functionalities; Participation in implementation of new IT applications in companies from the group; Carrying out system tests and user trainings; Solving issues and being a point of contact/facilitator between IT and applications’ end users; Direct contact with the applications’ providers; Active participation in standardization and optimization of the transferred processes; Participation in Shared Service Center development for Orbia group. Requirements: Knowledge of SAP VIM and e-invoicing process will be crucial ; Knowledge of systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow will be highly appreciated; Experience in Product Owner role will be nice to have; Understanding of business processes and IT systems management standards; Skills in IT area; Cognitive curiosity, drive towards self-reliant verification and analysis of system possibilities and their development; Innovative and proactive approach to opportunities created by changes and flexibility; Very good communication and organizational skills; Good knowledge of MS Office suite – particularly MS Excel; Advanced knowledge of English language; Experience in project management will be highly appreciated; Experience of working within SSC area will be highly appreciated.
