We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our partner companies in the Wellbeing industry. The business is building a global system of digital products designed to help people improve their relationship with themselves and enhance their everyday well-being.

Its products combine innovative technology, AI-powered solutions, and personalized experiences to support millions of users on their life journey.

As the business continues to scale globally, we are looking for a Business Associate who will turn data into strategic decisions and drive business growth alongside the founders and leadership team.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that drive business growth and improve P&L performance.

• Own the full analytics lifecycle — from raw data to actionable business recommendations — using internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and margin improvements.

• Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve operational efficiency, unit economics, and profitability.

• Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities.

• Build business cases and analytical frameworks that directly shape strategic decisions, taking ownership of their implementation.

• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, measuring progress against tangible business and financial outcomes.

What We Expect From You:

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and developing data-driven recommendations.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving the efficiency of analytical work.

• Genuine interest in understanding the bigger picture, working across different business functions, and seeing how all parts of a business connect.

• High ownership, high standards, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results while holding yourself and others to the same standard.

It Would Be a Plus if you:

• Have independently managed strategic projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation.

• Have experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions (M&A, fundraising).

• Have practical experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools.
