The Role As a Consultant in our Global Content Practice , you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. You will have the opportunity to shape new ways of working in the end-to-end content operating model – from incorporating AI into a tier-based MLR process, to refining content creation strategy through Claims and Modular Content. These processes and tools help customers get personalized, impactful content to market faster, allowing them to quickly communicate important information to HCPs and patients. What You'll Do Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation Requirements Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Not a perfect match yet? It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps: You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You can work from home or the office on any given day Compensation Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
