Role Description The Business Controller is a full-time role based in Vantaa with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. In this role, the Business Controller will oversee financial performance, prepare and analyze monthly reports, and provide insights to support management decisions across the group companies. Daily tasks include budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, as well as monitoring key performance indicators and profitability by product, service, and business unit. The Business Controller will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate data, improve processes, and develop tools for effective business control. The role also involves supporting investment analyses, risk assessments, and long-term financial planning.

Qualifications
- Strong business control and finance skills, including experience in management reporting and performance monitoring.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Business planning and financial planning competencies, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems, and strong skills in Excel or other analytical tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or similar sectors is an advantage; knowledge of Finnish and English at a professional level is beneficial.
