Your role As a Business Controller for Synoptik Sweden and Smarteyes Sweden you are serving as the primary financial partner to the Retail Director, Regional Managers, Store Operations and Marketing team. You will be part of the Scandinavian Controlling team which includes 13 colleagues. You will report to Head of Controlling in Sweden. Your main responsibility will be: Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting frameworks and dashboards for key stakeholders, mainly using Power BI and Excel. Present weekly and monthly commercial and financial performance to management. Deliver actionable business insights and analyses that support decisions and create value across the organization. Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for your business area. Support monthly closing activities, reporting, and presentation preparation for our owners EssilorLuxottica. Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working within the Nordic Controlling team. Act as a sparring partner for cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects Your profile You will work in an organization with strong drive and forward-thinking spirit, where you have great development opportunities both locally and internationally. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar analytical role. Experience from the retail industry and working in a global organization, with an understanding of corporate governance and reporting requirements, is highly beneficial. Competencies & Skills Experience in data extraction and data modelling. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data in a clear and engaging way. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Fluent in English; fluency in Swedish is a strong advantage. Welcome with your application!
