Business Data Analyst

Job Description This is a remote position. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers. Analyze business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Requirements Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the said role. Understanding of pricing and underwriting insurance principles and data. Understanding of Property & Casualty data related to risks & losses. Utilization of IOT and how data is used to help with P&C rating. Strong communication skills and ability to talk with business partners to pull needed. Knowledge in property and casualty is a plus. Experience with Guide wire is a plus.
