About the Role Cephalgo is seeking a Business Developer with proven cybersecurity or compliance industry experience to accelerate customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. You will focus on enterprise clients and regulated sectors. What You’ll Do Identify and qualify prospects in cybersecurity, compliance, telecom, finance, and regulated industries. Conduct outreach campaigns and build relationships with security and compliance leaders. Run discovery sessions, demos, proposals, and negotiations. Build partnerships with integrators, resellers, and ecosystem players. Represent the company at cybersecurity and compliance events. Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams. Track KPIs like conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and forecasting. You Might Be a Fit If You Have: Experience 2–5 years in B2B business development or sales. Mandatory: Experience selling into cybersecurity , compliance , or information-security markets. Experience working with enterprise clients. Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable discussing technical and compliance-related problems. Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
