Founded in France in 2006, Voyage Privé has grown from an ambitious startup into Europe’s leading travel tech platform. Operating across 9 markets with tens of millions of users, we are not just another e-commerce success story – we are a tech powerhouse redefining online luxury travel.
Our culture is mission-driven, blending performance with impact. Our innovative campus brings together tech talent, professional athletes, students, and artists, fostering an ecosystem where digital innovation fuels business growth and meaningful change.

We are now entering a new phase, upgrading our technical foundation with cloud architecture, AI, and real-time systems to become a top-of-mind platform for luxury travelers and a trusted high-performance partner for providers.

🎯 Your Mission

We are hiring a Business Developer, Rhodes & Kos, to join our Greece & Crete team at Voyage Privé.

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in developing our hotel portfolio across the destinations of Rhodes and Kos, two of the most strategic islands in the Greek market.

Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you will identify new business opportunities, source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners, and build strong, long-term relationships with key players in the hospitality industry. Your work will contribute to creating distinctive travel experiences for our members while driving strong commercial performance.

You will be the key point of contact for hoteliers in Rhodes and Kos, representing Voyage Privé and developing trusted partnerships with local and international hotel groups, resorts and independent properties.

You will work closely with the wider Greece & Crete team to ensure a consistent commercial approach across the market and maximise the growth potential of these destinations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow Voyage Privé’s hotel portfolio in Rhodes and Kos, including luxury hotels, resorts, boutique properties and all-inclusive establishments.

  • Identify and prospect new hotel partners across both destinations, in line with the commercial strategy and business needs of the Greece & Crete team.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of local and international hotel contacts in Rhodes and Kos.

  • Source, negotiate and secure exclusive campaigns with hotel partners, including competitive rates, added-value benefits, room upgrades and other commercial advantages.

  • Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to partner onboarding, campaign launch and performance follow-up.

  • Represent Voyage Privé to hoteliers, present our value proposition, develop trusted relationships and position the company as a preferred distribution partner.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Content, Revenue, Operations and Customer Experience, to maximise campaign performance and ensure operational excellence.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, hotel openings and destination developments in Rhodes and Kos to identify new opportunities and support business growth.

  • Contribute to the commercial strategy for the Greek market, sharing insights and best practices with the wider Greece & Crete team.

  • Travel regularly to Rhodes and Kos, depending on business needs, to meet partners, visit properties, develop your local network and strengthen relationships on the ground.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our commercial approach, processes and partner proposition for the Greek market.

💡 Who You Are
  • Native or fluent English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA or a related field.

  • Proven ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with confidence when dealing with hotel owners, general managers and senior stakeholders.

  • Commercially minded, with a good understanding of revenue, profitability, margins and business performance.

  • Data-driven, structured and results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international and fast-growing environment.

  • Independent, proactive and able to manage priorities effectively.

  • A strong team player, willing to collaborate closely with the wider Greece & Crete team and internal stakeholders.

  • Willing to travel regularly to Rhodes and Kos, depending on business requirements.
