Rambo’s Property Preservation is a commercial property preservation company known for providing exceptional outdoor maintenance and junk removal to businesses.
As we continue to expand, we are looking to partner with motivated and results-driven Business Development Agents to help us secure new business clients in the Miami area.
Position Overview:
We are seeking commission-based Business Development Agents to assist with acquiring new commercial contracts. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for self-starters who have a passion for sales and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Agents will work independently to identify and cultivate relationships with potential business clients, with a focus on securing long-term contracts for landscaping and/or junk removal services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential commercial clients within a designated territory or market segment.
Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at businesses, property managers, and facilities teams.
Present the company's services and solutions effectively, addressing client needs.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery once contracts are secured.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: Earn a competitive commission per contract signed.
Potential for high earnings based on performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
Previous experience in the landscaping, property management, or facilities management industry is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
