Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Investment Sales & Capital Markets professional to help drive investor engagement, capital raising, and business growth. This role combines client relationship management, investor relations, business development, and strategic execution, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional investor experience.
You’ll manage relationships across retail, , family office, Broker Dealer/RIA, and referral channels; support the full investment lifecycle from lead through settlement; and help develop and execute capital-raising initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in shaping investor communications, creating compelling presentations, and translating complex investment opportunities into clear, engaging stories.
You’ll help identify opportunities, improve processes, and build scalable systems that support the company’s growth.
Salary: $65,000 plus commission
Shifts: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Remote US based
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management & Administration
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including retail, family office, Broker Dealer, RIA, and referrals.
- Executing client instructions in accordance with securities regulations and firm policies
- Providing accurate and timely information on company offerings, projects updates, tax slips.
- Manage client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
Capital Raising
- Create an annual business plan with goals broken out monthly
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Ensure all client information is entered into CRM, and tracked throughout the investment process
- Maintain compliant records
- Present Basecamp opportunities to investors in a compliant manner, ensuring all risk are outlined
- Conduct suitability assessments Outbound sales activities
- Wholesaling functions (Broker Dealer/RIA firms and advisors)
Investor Relations Support
- Maintain ongoing investor relationship and support throughout the investment lifecycle
- Assist in managing relationships with a growing portfolio and retail investors, responding to inquiries and ensuring timely dissemination of relevant company updates.
- Monitor investor sentiment and feedback to help shape future communications and engagement strategies.
Presentation
- Design storytelling assets for internal leadership meetings, investor updates, and client-facing pitches.
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate complex information in a clear, compelling way.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with functional leads across Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Development to ensure alignment on growth objectives and company priorities.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives, contributing both strategic insight and execution support.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvements to increase efficiency, and drive scalability, and overall business performance
- Serve as a liaison between teams and internal departments to ensure consistency and transparency in messaging. Facilitate internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged with business development goals.
Requirements
- Possess Series 7 & Series 63 licenses
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in investment sales
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and clarity.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial analysis tools.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
