About Delightly

Delightly is a creative and marketing agency for B2B companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Built in Paris, based in Saudi Arabia, with work delivered in 9 countries. We build brands, websites, films and content, and our sales advisory division helps suppliers grow their sales. The sectors we focus on: construction, real estate, lighting and ELV, industrial and medical. More at delightly.co.

The role

We need someone who loves opening doors. You’ll find the right companies, start real conversations and turn them into meetings, then clients. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director, who brings 33+ years in lighting and ELV.

What you’ll do

• Build target lists of suppliers, distributors, contractors and real estate developers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
• Research each company before reaching out: its website, its projects, what’s missing.
• Start conversations one by one on LinkedIn, by phone and by email, the personal way. No mass messaging, no bought lists.
• Book qualified meetings and join them online with our team.
• Follow up, send the proposals our team prepares, and keep the pipeline up to date.
• Meet prospects at industry shows in Riyadh, such as Saudi Build and Cityscape Global.

Who we’re looking for

• Based in Saudi Arabia, fluent in Arabic and English.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• A network in construction, real estate, lighting or industry is a big plus.
• Confident on the phone and in a meeting, and organized in between.
• Curious about marketing, branding and design.

What we offer

• A freelance contract with commission on the clients you win. We agree the terms together on our first call.

‏⁧• حجز اجتماعات مع عملاء محتملين مناسبين، وحضورها عن بُعد مع فريقنا.⁩

‏⁧• المتابعة، وإرسال العروض التي يعدّها فريقنا، وتحديث مسار المبيعات أولًا بأول.⁩
