Summary As a key member of our regional field sales organization, you will be responsible for partnering with team members to effectively respond to customers and prospective inquiries to grow our business and achieve our target. The primary focus of this role is the ADME Tox field and market. This role reports to the European ADME Sales Director to implement strategies to achieve the regional target and works closely with the field sales team to develop well-qualified new prospects and to grow existing accounts, with primary focus on ADME , as well as facilitating cross-selling to increase account penetration. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. This position will ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, State Departments of Health, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), EMEA and FDA Guidelines, general State and Country Regulations such as but not limited to (CLIA, CAP, USP, ISO 9001, USDA regulations, HTA license, DEA and State Controlled Substance programs) where site appropriate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Use sales enablement tools and reports for prospecting. Following the direction of the ADME Sales Director and the Commercial Leadership Team - respond and adapt to territory and market strategies including supporting specific territories for new customer acquisition and working closely with specific business development managers. Work closely with Business Development Managers on prospecting strategies and take on some accounts or opportunities as the primary point of contact (POC) in consultation with the ADME Sales Director. Utilize Salesforce CRM or similar tools track their customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales pipeline activity. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from a variety of channels, providing accurate product information, and pricing, as needed. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between prospective customers and BioIVT's scientific and commercial teams, helping customers understand and access BioIVT's industry-leading portfolio of ADME products and any other allocated BioIVT product lines and services. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional products or services. Prepare and send quotes for standard products, liaise with internal departments and other sales team members for quotes for non-standard products. Collaborate with Commercial Leadership Team to create presentations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of BioIVT's products and services. Occasionally attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote BioIVT's brand and offerings as needed, based on actively qualified new and growing accounts, addressing new client’s needs. Travel: This position may require up to 10% of travel over the course of a year. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: BS degree in biology or life sciences related fields, or equivalent level of experience. Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or customer support associate. Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and proficiency with MS suite incl. Excel. In-depth understanding and track record of best-in-class customer services. Excellent communication (verbal and in writing., and proficiency in English language). Analytical, motivational and multitasking skills. Teamwork and customer relationships development capabilities. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events. A second European language is a plus.
