Role Description The Business Development Consultant – Parking, Municipalities & EV Operators is a full-time remote role focused on expanding Rollyy’s presence across key customer segments, including city authorities, parking operators, and fleet owners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and conducting consultative discussions to understand their EV charging needs and operational challenges. The role involves developing tailored proposals, collaborating with internal teams to shape pilots and Proof-of-Concepts, and supporting contract negotiations to close strategic deals. The consultant will analyze market trends, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and provide feedback to product and operations teams to align Rollyy’s solutions with customer requirements. Regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and clear documentation of pipeline activities are essential to ensure consistent, measurable growth.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert prospects across municipalities, parking operators, and fleet operators.
- Strong Consulting capabilities, including needs assessment, solution design, and advisory support for clients implementing EV charging infrastructure.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical and commercial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including forecasting, account planning, and building business cases that support scalable growth.
- Experience in mobility, smart cities, parking management, or EV charging sectors is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to use CRM tools and basic analytics to manage pipelines, track performance, and report on business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
