Business Development Consultant – Personal Development

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals operates within the personal development and leadership education sector. We’re connecting with experienced professionals who want to use their communication and relationship-building skills in an independent, remote business development role.

You’ll combine marketing, initial conversations and consistent follow-up to introduce prospective customers to personal development programs. You’ll have a structured process to follow, with training and support as you learn.

Your activities will include:

• Learning and applying digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries.
  
• Speaking with prospective customers about their interests and goals.
  
• Directing suitable prospects to program information and presentations.
  
• Building relationships through thoughtful, professional follow-up.
  
• Keeping accurate records and organising your daily activities.
  
• Participating in ongoing business training and personal development.
  

This is an independent, performance-based business arrangement, with earnings generated through product sales.

Requirements

Your background may include business development, sales, customer service, recruitment, account management or running your own business.

You’ll need:

• Clear communication skills and the ability to listen.
  
• A genuine interest in personal development and leadership education.
  
• Confidence starting conversations and building relationships.
  
• The initiative to work independently and take responsibility for your activities.
  
• A willingness to learn digital marketing and use online systems.
  
• Around 15–20 hours per week to dedicate consistently.
  
• A reliable computer, phone and internet connection.
  
• To be based in the United States or Canada
  

This role is suited to people with established professional experience and is not suitable for students or those seeking their first professional role.
