Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern

Job description:

InterSoccer, Switzerland’s largest youth football provider, is offering a 4 to 6+ month full-time internship starting this October. Working closely with our CEO on business development and assisting the marketing team, you will develop skills in market research, partnership building, social media management, copywriting, content production and website optimization. Note that this position will focus mainly on business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential partners, collaboration opportunities and sponsors.
• Support outreach to schools, companies, football clubs, local authorities and other organizations.
• Create proposals, presentations and supporting materials.
• Conduct market research and support database management.
• Support promotional activities, including digital campaigns and local marketing efforts.
• Support in managing social media, website updates, optimizing SEO, and enhancing pages with visuals and multimedia.

Qualifications:

• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and confident communicating with external contacts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while keeping management updated.
• Interest in partnerships, sales development, sport marketing and community engagement is desired.
• Good understanding of social media management, email marketing, CRM systems, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (German is a plus).
• Based in Geneva/Vaud region, with valid Swiss passport or a Swiss work permit.
