Business Development Executive

Position Title: Business Development Executive Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Department: Business Development Location: Remote Purpose: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Contact and engage with leads generated through our CRM system (warm leads/Cold leads) Utilize expertise in freelancing platforms to drive sales and expand our client base. Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and effectively present relevant solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead progression Foster positive client relationships through professional communication Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Confident and professional telephone etiquette Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or customer service Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar systems Reliable internet connectivity and a professional, distraction-free work environment Availability to work full-time (8 hours per day, Monday through Friday) Prior experience with Artificial Intelligence as developer or project coordinator at any level is plus.. Experience managing enterprise clients and engaging multiple stakeholders in complex sales cycles. Basic understanding of modern tech stacks such as MERN, Laravel, and mobile frameworks is a plus.
