Business Development Executive (Remote – Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia)

Intelgrity Consulting is a Singapore-based consulting firm helping SMEs grow across Southeast Asia through business development, precision marketing and AI & digital transformation.

We are looking for Business Development Executives to grow our business in the Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. These are remote, independent-contractor roles, based in each local market.

What you'll do

• Find, qualify and develop new business opportunities with target businesses in your market

• Support marketing activities that generate leads and build our brand locally

• Build relationships with prospects, clients and partners

• Work with AI workflows and AI teammates on research, outreach and follow-up

• Report on pipeline and results

What we're looking for

• A proven track record in business development, sales or marketing, ideally B2B or professional services

• Able to work independently and manage your own priorities in a remote setup

• A good understanding of your local business market

• Strong English for proposals, meetings and reporting to our Singapore team

• The local language of your market (e.g. Vietnamese for Vietnam); Mandarin is a plus for engaging Chinese-speaking clients

• Comfortable with digital and AI tools

• Able to travel within your country when needed
