Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven background in the Staffing & Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate understands the recruitment lifecycle, has experience acquiring staffing clients, and is comfortable using Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new staffing clients.
• Generate qualified leads using Apollo.io and other outbound channels.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand client hiring requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for prospecting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.

Preferred

• Candidates with an existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or staffing decision-makers will have an advantage.
