Key Responsibilities: Business Development (European Market) Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients in the European market using various channels such as cold calling, social media, and networking. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Monitor relevant market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to seek out sales opportunities and deliver innovation. Coordinate with internal departments to gather insights, share feedback, and drive continual improvement in service delivery. Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and performance against targets. Essential Skills & Qualifications: International Sales Success Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally with some exposure to the localisation or language services sector. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse business clients. Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively within an international team. Previous call centre or inside sales experience is a plus. Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients. Working Conditions: Egypt-based, European Business Hours Full-time role based in Egypt: from 9 AM to 6 PM Hybrid work options – combining office presence with the flexibility to work remotely.
