We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will support our revenue growth by assisting in researching, pitching, and securing partnerships with Japanese and Global brands looking to invest in Vietnam's digital ecosystem.

• Lead Generation: Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients for our social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Relationship Building: Assist in nurturing relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within target organizations.
• Pitch Support: Support the preparation of tailored pitch decks and participate in client meetings to present digital solutions.
• Market Research: Monitor trends on TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, keeping an eye on competitor strategies to support the team's go-to-market approach.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with creative, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution from pitch to delivery.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client records and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and compiling monthly reports for the leadership team.
• Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to learn, network, and help represent FinT, particularly within the F&B, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Vietnam's social media landscape, influencer marketing (KOL/KOC), and major platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Tools: Basic familiarity with CRM software and a data-driven mindset.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented start-up environment.
• Bonus: Direct experience working with Japanese or Global clients is highly advantageous.
  

• 10.000.000VND to 20.000.000 VND GROSS

• Performance Calibration: Reviews every 6 months (March & October).
• Merit Rewards:

• Lunch Allowance: 730.000 VND/month
• Commuting Allowance: A daily stipend to support travel to our new office, calculated based on your residence distance (per actual office attendance):
• < 5km: 5,000 VND/day (Up to ~110,000 VND/month)
• 5km – 10km: 10,000 VND/day (Up to ~220,000 VND/month)
• > 10km: 15,000 VND/day (Up to ~330,000 VND/month)

1. Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday.

2. Strategic Hybrid Model: 4 days of collaborative office presence and a fixed weekly WFH day every Wednesday to focus on complex planning and research. (Currently in effect; subject to change based on the company's work schedule)
