Job function
Are you ambitious, curious, and ready to launch a career in sales?
This apprenticeship-style sales role is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates, entry-level sales professionals, and early-career candidates who want more than “just a job” — you want a career with progression, impact, and serious earning potential.
At TXO, we’re shaping the future of sustainable telecoms by helping operators recover and resell technology assets. And now, we’re looking for the next generation of sales talent to join our high-performing global team.
Why This Role?
- No targets in Year 1 – Focus on learning, shadowing, and developing into a true commercial hunter.
- World-class training – You’ll be coached by experienced sales leaders who know how to develop dealmakers.
- Clear progression path – By year’s end, you’ll step into a Sales Account Manager role with your own accounts, verticals, and financial rewards.
- Real-world impact – You’ll play a role in driving sustainability by helping telecom operators unlock value from dormant, surplus, and decommissioned equipment.
- Unlimited earning potential – With the right drive, there’s no cap on what you can achieve — or earn.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Team Lead – Business Development, you’ll be responsible for generating new business development opportunities. With support from engineers, project managers, and procurement specialists, you’ll learn how to:
Specific responsibilities
- Identify opportunities – Research and uncover prospects across surplus inventory, warehouse clear-outs, network decommissioning, and lifecycle upgrades.
- Drive asset recovery and resale – Generate and convert leads within a defined portfolio of telecom operators or regional accounts.
- Build trusted partnerships – Develop strong relationships with operator stakeholders to uncover hidden value and maintain a consistent pipeline of recoverable equipment.
- Collaborate effectively – Work with procurement, engineering, and logistics teams as needed to enable asset access, transport, and resale readiness.
- Maintain accurate records – Keep up-to-date documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in HubSpot.
- Stay market-aware – Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent TXO – Attend industry events and conferences to strengthen the company’s profile and expand professional networks.
About you
- Sales-driven mindset – You bring a genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.
- Results-focused – You thrive on hitting targets, exceeding expectations, and delivering measurable impact.
- Relationship builder – A natural communicator who creates strong, lasting connections with colleagues and clients.
- Collaborative team player – You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude, contributing positively to every team effort.
- Adaptable and proactive – Comfortable in fast-paced environments, you take ownership and drive progress without needing strict structures or hierarchy.
- Innovative thinker – Always seeking smarter, more effective ways of working, you make a real impact for both the business and the environment.
- Growth mindset – Curious and eager to learn, with an interest (or willingness to develop) in technology and equipment.
- Resilient – You remain motivated and persistent, even when faced with challenges and setbacks.
- Mission-inspired – Excited by TXO’s vision to make technology more sustainable, you’re motivated to help shape the future of the industry.
