Business Developer – Hospitality & Digital Marketing | Remote

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to help us acquire new hotel accounts for our digital marketing services across the GCC and Middle East.

This is a fully remote role, with preference given to candidates based in Egypt.

Hospitality experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential hotel clients across the GCC & Middle East
• Connect with hotel decision-makers and introduce our digital marketing services
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and arrange meetings
• Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Convert opportunities into signed contracts and long-term accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry — mandatory
• Existing hotel contacts/network across the GCC and/or Middle East
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Good understanding of the hotel industry and its marketing needs
• Excellent English
• Proactive, organised, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
