Business Development Manager

This role is primarily focused on business development and sales. 🎯 We are looking for someone who already has strong customer relationships within the device leasing or Apple-related consumer electronics industry and can quickly generate new business opportunities. You will focus on acquiring enterprise customers, developing strategic partnerships, and growing recurring leasing revenue across Europe. 🌍 As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build your own sales team and progress into the Head of Sales role. 📈

📋 Responsibilities

👉 Develop new business opportunities across the European market
👉 Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners 🤝
👉 Promote Apple device leasing solutions to business customers 📱
👉 Identify customer needs and develop long-term leasing partnerships
👉 Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities 💰
👉 Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure successful project delivery
👉 Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets 🎯
👉 Share market insights and help shape commercial strategies
👉 Build and lead a sales team once business milestones are achieved 👥

✅ Requirements

Essential
🔹 5+ years of experience in the leasing industry, preferably involving Apple or consumer electronics
🔹 Strong existing customer network within enterprise leasing, corporate procurement, or channel sales
🔹 Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
🔹 Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
🔹 Self-driven with the ability to work independently
🔹 Fluent in English

Preferred
✨ Experience in Apple device leasing or consumer electronics leasing
✨ Experience selling iPhone, iPad, MacBook, or other Apple-related products and services
✨ Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team
✨ Experience launching new markets or new business initiatives
✨ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new business 🚀
