JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: Up to £50k DOE + commission (OTE circa £80k)
LOCATION: London (Remote first - with travel)

We are representing an agency who help organisations better understand consumers, stakeholders, and wider public opinion. The agency works across a broad range of sectors, delivering robust insight supported by clear, actionable recommendations. By turning evidence into strategy, it helps clients identify opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brands.

They are currently looking to bring on a Senior Business Development Manager to support with both new and current new business opportunities.

KEY DUTIES

• Drive revenue across company offerings including sponsorships, memberships, awards, and platform sales.
• Develop pipeline in UK/EU fintech and banking markets, qualifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, CRM reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and insights from market and competitor activity.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• B2B sales experience selling to banks, fintechs, consulting and investment firms.
• Proven track record hitting targets, building relationships, strong communicator with solid academic background.
• Self-starter with fintech knowledge, willing to travel UK/EU and work independently.
