Adaptive Recognition is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand the European market for Einar Gate, our innovative hardware and SaaS solution. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and play a key role in our international growth.

What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities and prospective partners across Europe.
• Establish and develop commercial partnerships, including negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
• Understand customer needs, deliver product demonstrations and lead negotiations with decision-makers.
• Sell complex technology solutions and support the launch of new projects.
• Keep the sales pipeline, CRM records and business forecasts up to date.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings.
• Work closely with our product, technical, marketing and leadership teams.

What you bring

• At least 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience focused on winning new business.
• At least 5 years of experience in gate automation, perimeter security or access control systems.
• An established network of relevant industry contacts across Europe and experience building partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence engaging with senior executives and technical decision-makers.
• Experience selling complex hardware and software solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English, including business negotiations.
• A proactive, independent approach, a focus on results and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• A university or college degree.

Additional experience we value

• German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models, international channel sales or entering new markets.
• Experience in building automation, smart home or parking technology solutions.
