As Senior Partner Business Development Manager, you will drive SoftwareOne’s indirect channel business in Hungary, building and growing a high‑performing partner ecosystem across Microsoft CSP and a multi‑vendor portfolio in one of SoftwareOne’s fastest‑growing and most profitable segments. With full ownership of the Hungary channel P&L, you will leverage Hungary’s strong Microsoft partner base and your CSP expertise to accelerate gross‑profit growth and strengthen SoftwareOne’s brand in‑country.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators into SoftwareOne’s indirect CSP program
• Maintain and manage a partner recruitment pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly targets
• Build joint business plans and run quarterly business reviews with strategic partners
• Drive adoption of Microsoft CSP and NCE, including renewals, transitions, and incentive optimisation
• Own Hungary channel revenue, gross-profit targets, forecasting, and P&L management
• Plan and execute partner enablement, co-op, and MDF-funded demand generation activities
• Represent SoftwareOne at Hungarian partner events, Microsoft forums, and industry meetups

What we need to see from you

• Demonstrated experience in IT channel sales, partner management, or distribution
• Hands-on experience within a Tier-2 or value-added IT distributor environment
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft CSP indirect provider model, NCE, and MCI policy
• An established network of Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue and gross-profit targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
