Are you a proven salesperson who enjoys winning new business?

Parmar Staffing is recruiting for a growing, independent asset finance brokerage looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join its expanding team.

You don't need asset finance experience to succeed in this role. If you're a strong B2B salesperson who enjoys generating opportunities, building relationships and closing deals, our client is willing to provide industry training.

The opportunity

You'll be responsible for developing new business relationships with companies requiring finance for vehicles, plant, machinery and business equipment.

You'll have access to an existing database of approximately 2,000 leads, alongside the freedom to generate your own business through telephone prospecting, networking and customer meetings.

An experienced operations team will support finance applications and documentation, allowing you to focus on sales.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development.
  

• Confidence generating new business through outbound calls, networking and meetings.
  

• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
  

• A commercially driven, self motivated approach.
  

• Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and achieve targets.
  

Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, vehicle rental, contract hire or leasing would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

What's on offer?

• £33,000 to £35,000 basic salary, with up to £50,000 for experienced asset finance professionals.
  

• Realistic £47,000 year one OTE on a £35,000 basic, excluding quarterly bonuses.
  

• Uncapped monthly commission and additional quarterly bonuses.
