THE CLIENT
Our client is the Scottish business unit of a global, technology-led engineering group, supplying advanced engineered components into some of the most demanding industrial sectors there are, defence, renewable energy and aerospace among them. Being part of a larger international group gives real scale and backing, but day to day the business runs with the agility of somewhere far smaller: fast decisions, little bureaucracy, and real freedom to shape how things get done.

THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, youll develop new business and grow relationships with customers and specifiers who rely on technically engineered products for critical applications. Youll build your own pipeline, manage your own patch, and feed back market and customer intelligence that genuinely shapes how the business moves next.

ABOUT YOU
A sales background built in industrial or manufacturing environments, comfortable with technically-minded buyers and specifiers, self-directed, and motivated by real ownership of your patch.

THE REWARDS
£64,000 basic, bonus potential up to c.15% of salary, 4x salary life insurance, hybrid working.
