The Role We're looking for a commercially driven Transport Data Account Executive to help expand our presence across the UK, develop new customer relationships, and create opportunities that deliver value across our wider transport portfolio. You'll play a key role in driving new business while leading and supporting an established account management team, helping customers unlock the power of transport data and digital solutions. What you will do Business Development & Growth Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Ireland, the UK and selected European markets. PromoteGeoIntelligenceservices including GIS, spatial analytics, Earth Observation, location intelligence, environmentaldataand digital transformation solutions. Develop opportunities that support bothGeoIntelligenceservices and the widerTracsisportfolio. Build andmaintaina strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Establish relationships with stakeholders across transport, infrastructure, environmental, utilities, asset management, publicsectorand consultancy organisations. Support the growth of recurring revenue through subscriptions, frameworks, softwarelicencesand ongoing service agreements. Customer Relationships & Account Development Develop trusted relationships with customers at operational,technicaland strategic levels. Understand customer challenges,prioritiesandobjectivestoidentifysolutions that deliver value. Support long-term account growth and customer retention strategies. Act as a key commercial contact forGeoIntelligence-related opportunities. Share customer and market insights internally to support continuous improvement and innovation. One Tracsis Collaboration Work closely with the Transport Data Account Executive and wider Commercial team toidentifyshared opportunities. Support strategic account development across multiple service lines. Identifycross-selling opportunities betweenGeoIntelligence, Transport Data and otherTracsisofferings. Collaborate with delivery, product, technical and marketing teams to develop integrated customer solutions. Champion a collaborative "OneTracsis" approach across the business. Pipeline & Opportunity Management Maintainan accurateand structured sales pipeline. Keep CRM records up to date, including opportunity progress,forecastsand next steps. Support proposal, tender and bid activities alongside subject matter experts. Contribute to forecasting, pipelinereviewsand commercial planning. Market Insight & Innovation Identifyemerging customer needs and market opportunities. Support the adoption ofTracsisproducts,platformsand analytics capabilities. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, procurementframeworksand regulatory developments. Contribute to the development of new propositions, casestudiesand go-to-market strategies. What We're Looking For Essential Experience & Skills Experience in business development, accountmanagementor a customer-facing commercial role. Background in geospatial services, GIS, spatial analytics, data analytics, environmental services, infrastructure, transport,consultancyor a related sector. Ability to develop new business opportunities and convert pipeline activity into revenue. Experience engaging with stakeholders across complex customer environments. Strong commercial awareness and customer focus. Excellent communication,presentationand relationship-building skills. Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems, managing sales pipelines and supporting forecasting activities. Desirable Experience working with public sector organisations, transport agencies, local authorities, utilities, environmental bodies or infrastructure providers. Experience working across Ireland, the UK or European markets. Knowledge of software, SaaS, platform, subscription or licence-based commercial models.
