About Us
We are a fast-growing, profitable D2C e-commerce company operating multiple brands across the
UK and Europe. We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Category Manager
who can take ownership of category growth, merchandising, inventory planning, customer insights,
and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Own category performance across assortment, pricing, merchandising, and profitability.
• Forecast inventory requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage customer support operations and identify recurring issues.
• Understand Shopify Payments and PayPal ecosystems (preferred).
• Collaborate with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media teams.
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, or
E-commerce Operations.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch.
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Fast learner with a strong bias for action.
AI & Productivity
• Proficient in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools.
• Able to leverage AI for research, automation, and faster execution.
• Output-driven mindset with strong ownership.
Preferred Background
Preferred Educational Background
• B.Tech / BE from NITs, BITS, IITs, or other reputed engineering institutions.
• MBA from reputed management institutions.
• Outstanding candidates from other educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
