Conduct market research, assess customer needs, and identify potential new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach new customers and grow existing business. Negotiate deals and contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers. Plan and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Analyze market trends, revenue potential, and financial projections to support business decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful business development initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of business development initiatives and their impact on the company. Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive. Requirements Several years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field. Prior Experience in Education industry will be preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully developing and implementing growth opportunities. The ability to develop and implement strategic plans for growing the business. Ability to negotiate deals and contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers. Experience in planning and managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Knowledge of financial analysis, market trends, revenue potential, and financial projections to support business decisions. Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive. The ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and adjust to new challenges and opportunities. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful business development initiatives.
