Location: Remote-based, supporting clients in the South
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum plus bonus
We're looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Commercial Sales team and help organisations unlock the value of apprenticeships while driving sustainable business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new apprenticeship opportunities and managing client relationships across SME and large corporate organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Develop sales engagement plans to generate leads.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrate the value and ROI of apprenticeships.
Provide apprenticeship funding and levy guidance.
Design bespoke apprenticeship solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Maintain CRM and administrative records.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience in Apprenticeships
Strong stakeholder management skills, consultative selling expertise
Track record of exceeding targets
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards a Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification
Passionate about apprenticeships and making a difference
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience a plus
Willingness to travel nationally (must have own car)
