Knowledge of the Southern UK market and its customer and distribution channels.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales territories, customer visits, commercial opportunities and account follow-up.

Excellent commercial communication and relationship-building skills.
Autonomy, organisation and effective planning.
Proactivity in acquiring and developing customers.
Ability to analyse sales, margin and business development opportunities.
Resilience when managing targets, objections and customer issues.
Accuracy in recording activity and maintaining high-quality commercial information.
Strong internal coordination and a practical, solution-focused approach.
