About the Position

We are recruiting a Commercial Partnerships Manager to support business relationships and commercial development activities within the trading card and collectibles sector.

The position involves working with business contacts, evaluating potential partnerships, and coordinating initiatives that support long-term commercial objectives.

This role is suitable for professionals with experience in account management, business development, commercial coordination, or partnership management who are interested in applying their skills to a specialised industry.

Scope of Work

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial activities, including:

• Establishing professional relationships with prospective retailers, suppliers, and distribution partners.
• Reviewing potential business opportunities within the Australian collectibles market.
• Coordinating communication with existing and prospective commercial partners.
• Preparing business proposals and maintaining partnership documentation.
• Monitoring commercial activities and reporting on agreed performance indicators.
• Working with relevant teams to support the implementation of business initiatives.
• Researching market developments to inform commercial planning.

Candidate Profile

We are interested in candidates who demonstrate sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage professional relationships.

Relevant capabilities include:

• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Previous experience with trading card products, hobby retail, or collectibles is beneficial but not mandatory.

Working Arrangements

The position is structured as a full-time remote role based in Australia.

The advertised annual salary range is AUD $110,000–$135,000, plus applicable superannuation.

Role-specific onboarding and operational guidance will be provided.
