- Develop calling scripts, outreach processes, and lead management systems.
- Track outreach activities, meetings, and referral opportunities.
Social Media & Marketing
- Manage day-to-day content and engagement across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Grow the company's social media following, particularly within the Canberra healthcare community.

- Maintain organised contact lists, lead records, and activity reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing coordination, or relationship management.
- Experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation.
- Australian healthcare, NDIS, allied health, or disability services experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident in building relationships and engaging with Australian business contacts.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and calling tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Aircall is an advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive, persuasive, persistent, and comfortable working independently.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who is confident picking up the phone, building professional relationships, handling objections, and consistently following up on business opportunities. The ideal candidate is also creative, organised, and capable of managing multiple leads while supporting the company's marketing and brand presence.
Working Arrangement
- Part-time engagement (20 hours per week).
- Fully remote work arrangement.
- Schedule aligned with Australian business hours.
- Direct collaboration with the Managing Director and existing marketing agency.
