We're on the lookout for a Business Development Officer to help us grow great relationships, spot new opportunities and keep things moving behind the scenes.

You'll support tenders, proposals, stakeholder engagement and pipeline tracking while working with a passionate team that's creating real social impact.

What you’ll do

Business Development Coordinator, you'll:

• Support new business opportunities and partnerships
• Help prepare proposals, tenders and presentations
• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Keep Salesforce and pipeline information up to date
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and business development activities
• Research potential leads and opportunities

What you’ll bring

• Experience in business development, sales, customer service, customer support or ops and coordination roles would be great.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Great attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence building relationships with a range of people

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Salesforce/CRM experience
• Tender & contract admin experience
• Experience in community services, social enterprise or a tangible commercial background such as property care, warehousing or hospitality.
