📍 UAE-based (Remote/Flexible), must be able to access Dubai regularly

Elevate is a subscription-based marketing agency helping startups and SMEs across the UAE grow faster. Instead of costly in-house hires or unpredictable agency fees, our clients get a dedicated team of experts on a flexible monthly plan. That covers everything from strategy, social media and paid ads to web and app development, AI marketing, automations, and events.

We're building the go-to growth partner for ambitious businesses in the region.

🎯 YOUR JOB

Find businesses that need marketing, match them to the right plan, and close. Once they sign, our delivery team takes over.

💰 WHAT YOU EARN

30% of the client's first month, plus 10% every month they stay.

🔹 Launch (AED 10,000/mo): AED 3,000 upfront, then AED 1,000/month

🔹 Rise (AED 19,000/mo): AED 5,700 upfront, then AED 1,900/month

🔹 Accelerate (AED 27,000/mo): AED 8,100 upfront, then AED 2,700/month

🔹 Elevate (AED 34,000/mo): AED 10,200 upfront, then AED 3,400/month

For example, 5 clients on Accelerate gives you a total of AED 40,500 payout (30%) and then AED 13,500/month in recurring income, and that's before any new deals. You build your own pipeline and wealth!

📋 REQUIREMENTS

- Based in the UAE with the ability to access Dubai regularly for client meetings.

- Proven UAE experience in business development within digital marketing, advertising, events, creative, web/tech, or a related industry.

- Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing new business.

- Strong network of SME, startup, and corporate decision-makers in the UAE.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Solid understanding of the UAE marketing landscape and what growing businesses need.

- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently.

- Ability to work on a commission-only basis.

- Existing client relationships and experience selling retainer or subscription-based services will be highly advantageous.
