This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to build a long-term book of business. What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with: Property management companies Apartment communities / HOAs Commercial facilities Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach This role is about earning long-term partnerships , not transactional selling. Compensation (Commission Only) 8–10% commission on mitigation jobs $1,000–$2,000 per reconstruction job Uncapped earning potential This is a commission-only role. Income is performance-based and may take 30–60 days to ramp up.
