Valian is an AI-powered platform that replaces the front desk for U.S. dental and medical practices — Verifying insurance, taking calls, booking appointments, checking patients in, following up with patients that need to be recalled and recovering lost revenue automatically. We're an early-stage U.S. company building our backend operations hub in Medellín, and we're hiring our founding sales team. The people who join now will grow with the company.

The Role

You'll be on the phone with U.S. dental practices, introducing Valian, qualifying interest, and booking appointments that show up and have a high chance of closing. This is a high-volume, high-skill outbound role for someone who knows how to open a conversation, handle objections, create urgency, and work leads to build relationships that maximize performance

What you'll do

• Make 80–140 outbound calls per day to U.S. dental practices
• Book qualified appointments — prospects who show up understanding exactly what Valian does and how it plugs into their practice
• Manage your prospects and build your own pipeline in our CRM (full training provided)

You're a fit if you have

• C1–C2 English — confident, natural, professional on the phone
• Motivated to learn - this is a cutting edge technology company, fully immersed in AI. Grow your understanding of the future
• Proven phone-sales experience (cold calling / appointment setting / closing deals)
• Medical-sales or technology-sales background — a strong plus
• Leader - Self-discipline, coachability, and a competitive edge
