Business Development Representative (Remote)

Bit2Byte Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us get there.

This role is a great fit for someone who's confident reaching out on LinkedIn, enjoys building relationships with prospective clients, and knows how to turn a conversation into a closed deal.

About the role

Fully remote, full-time (8 hours/day).

Compensation

You'll start on a performance-based structure, earning 20% commission on every deal you close. Once you land your first client and complete a performance review, you'll move onto a full-time position with a fixed salary plus ongoing commission.

What you'll be doing

Reaching out to prospective clients on LinkedIn and generating qualified leads. Turning those conversations into paying clients and following up consistently throughout the sales process. Building real, lasting relationships with both prospects and existing clients. Representing Bit2Byte Solutions professionally in every interaction, and working closely with our BD team to hit shared growth targets. Outreach will run through your own professional LinkedIn account.

What we're looking for

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a natural ability to build rapport. Self-driven and comfortable working independently toward targets. An active, professional LinkedIn presence, since that's where most of your outreach will happen. Prior experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or LinkedIn outreach is a plus, though not required if you can show us you've got the drive.
