Draft personalised, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks Support SEO efforts while designing pitch decks and other graphic using AI tools Hits bid-volume & response-rate targets; update Google Sheets/CRM. Own first-touch client chat and pricing strategy with Senior Bidder. Accurately relay requirements to PM/dev teams. Requirements 6–12 mo proven bidding success on the Upwork. Fluent English (written & verbal). Solid grasp of IT services Portfolio of pitch decks or proposals that closed ≥$5k projects. Comfortable with AI writing/design tools and basic SEO.
