We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help us connect more fitness businesses with the solutions that drive growth and member success.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with fitness industry decision-makers, and create qualified sales opportunities for our Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people, opening doors, and making a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage fitness club owners and operators through phone, email, LinkedIn, and social outreach
• Build and manage target account lists to generate a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges
• Partner with Customer Experience Managers and Marketing to create high-quality sales opportunities
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity in Salesforce
• Represent the Les Mills brand with professionalism, energy, and credibility
