Position: Business Development Representative (BDR) Market: United States Industry: Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: 100% Work From Home Shift: US Business Hours / Night Shift – Philippines Time Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Start About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our business in the US AEC market . The ideal candidate has experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting , preferably within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry . You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and generating sales opportunities for our AEC outsourcing services. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential US-based AEC clients . Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting. Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other sales channels . Build relationships with decision-makers, including: Architects Contractors Builders Developers Interior Designers Engineers Project Managers Business Owners Introduce and promote the company's AEC outsourcing and technical services . Qualify prospects based on their business needs, current projects, and potential requirements. Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team. Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects. Research companies, projects, and market opportunities in the US. Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM. Meet agreed targets for lead generation, outreach, qualified opportunities, and appointments . Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and results. Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to improve outreach strategies. Requirements Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting . AEC industry experience or strong knowledge of the AEC industry is highly preferred. Experience dealing with US clients or the US market is strongly preferred. Excellent spoken and written English. Confident communicating with US-based decision-makers. Strong prospecting, research, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is an advantage. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and target-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment . Willing to work US business hours / Philippine night shift . Must be available to start ASAP.
