Role Description The Remote Appointment Setter BDR Agent is a full-time role responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, sending follow-up messages, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM tools or similar platforms. The role involves building rapport with prospects, understanding their needs, and clearly communicating the value of the company’s services. The agent will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and meet performance targets while working remotely in a professional and reliable manner.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential clients.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to handle objections or concerns respectfully.
• Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, call tools, and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms).
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and adapt to feedback.
• Previous experience in BPO, sales, or call center environments is an advantage but not strictly required.
