Business Development Representative (EMEA)

Our team is diverse and international (we speak 16 languages). What are we looking for? We want to grow our Business Development & Sales team, and we need your drive to get new business. What will you be doing daily? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities, focusing on startups, consultancies, and fast-growing firms. Organize your leads and target prospects, using Excel and LinkedIn as your main tools. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices globally. Prepare marketing materials such as pitch decks and client presentations. Conduct discovery sessions and build strong relationships with potential clients. Convince and win over clients! We would love to hear from you if: You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, stronger preference for experience within professional services industry. You have a successful track record of winning clients, especially expanding scale-ups, private equity portfolio companies, strategy consulting firms. You see opportunity and have the drive to get things done You love working with a lot of autonomy Fluent in English; German is a major plus We can’t wait to meet you!
