In order to reinforce its Enabling Technologies department, Spineart is looking for his/her new US Business Development/Sales. Your Mission : 1- Employment purpose : You will develop the commercial strategy to drive adoption of the company's navigation and robotic surgery platforms You will be responsible for selling and promoting our innovative medical technology products, specially designed for spinal surgery. You will work in close partnership with the existing implant sales force and distributor network to identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and successfully close complex capital equipment sales. You will support and advise our customers in the field, build long-term customer relationships and make a significant contribution to the success of our company through your work. 2- Professional relationship / interactions : • Clients : Hospital administrators, procurement leaders, surgeons, OR personnel • Internal departments: Education, Product Marketing, Customer Service… 3- Representative activities description • Visiting customers in the defined area • Demonstration and sales promotion of the products to the hospitals and users • Negotiation and contract signature • Implementation of regional symposia and workshops • Representation of the company and national and international congresses • Instruction and training of medical professionals on Spineart products • Direct clinical support in product application • Monitor inventories and profitability of equipments in hospitals • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and strategic planning • Collect and transmit Post Market Surveillance (PMS) + Vigilance cases to RAQA Department 4- Specific professional knowledge • Medical or Scientific studies, or business studies • Experience in sales of high-value capital equipment (Surgical Navigation and Robotics experience is preferred) • Experience in sales technics, negotiation • Knowledge of healthcare economics, ROI modeling, and value-based selling methodologies • Customer and solution oriented, Proactive, Self driven • Negotiation skills, presentation skills and confident attitude • Good computer skills (MS Office Package) • Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial spirit • Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) to support customer engagements, field activities, conferences, and business meetings. Specificity : This is an hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely; however, our primary office and demonstration center are located in Dallas, Texas, where the majority of customer demonstrations, physician training sessions, and team activities take place. Candidates should have a strong willingness to travel regularly to Dallas or reside within reasonable proximity to support business needs
