DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a U.S. Commercial Enablement Manager, Enabling Technologies, located in Warsaw, IN, West Chester PA, or Raynham, MA .

The U.S. Commercial Enablement Manager, Enabling Technologies is a strategic role responsible for supporting commercial effectiveness, operational excellence, and business transformation across the Joint Reconstruction Enabling Technologies portfolio and future digital surgery innovations. This role enables sustainable growth by aligning people, processes, technology, and analytics to support commercial execution and enhance customer value.
As DePuy Synthes transforms to a standalone organization, this role will help support the implementation and optimization of commercial processes, governance, reporting capabilities, and operational models that improve agility, accountability, and business performance.
Partnering closely with Commercial Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal, Health Care Compliance, and Digital teams, the Manager will execute key commercial initiatives, optimize business operations, and support portfolio adoption. Success in this role will contribute to improved customer adoption, operational performance, capital utilization, and sustainable growth across the Enabling Technologies portfolio.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop commercial capabilities, promote cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to DePuy Synthes’ continued leadership in orthopedic innovation and digital surgery.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Excellence & Business Transformation
- Manage VELYS U.S. programs and strategic initiatives that enhance commercial performance, operational scalability, and customer experience.
- Support commercial internal operational execution process from funnel opportunity to activation and installation to drive growth across Enabling Technologies portfolio for new customer opportunities and current customer renewal planning and execution
- Coordinate commercial deal execution processes end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional alignment, operational discipline, and timely execution
- Apply strong business acumen and decision-making to evaluate opportunities, manage risks, and drive business results.
- Support transition initiatives associated with the standalone DePuy Synthes organization through effective planning, process optimization, and change management activities.
Enable Growth Through Analytics & Insights
- Develop reporting and analytics tools that support data-driven decision making and performance management.
- Prepare executive level business performance communication updates with insights related to business performance, customer adoption, asset utilization, funnel progress, and return on investment.
- Analyze business trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement through strategic analysis and digital solutions.
Optimize Commercial Operations and Process Improvement
- Support operational controls and governance practices that ensure compliance, data integrity, and scalable execution.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize commercial programs, customer contract execution, and capital deployment strategies.
- Lead process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Build Organizational Capability
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
- Support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Required Qualifications:
- Required minimum education: bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Devices industry
- Strong business knowledge and acumen is required
- Fluent English
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 6-8 years of experience
- Industry related experience preferred: Marketing, Sales, Operations, and/or General Management experience in the Medical Device industry
- Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner
- Must be able to work effectively under time pressure
- Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter, and ability to manage complexity and lead through ambiguity is a must
- Ability to work independently, own a process end-to-end, detail-oriented, resilient, and hands on
- Requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated Microsoft (Excel, PPT, Word, Copilot, Visio) and Salesforce literacy is preferred
On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
It is anticipated following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by Orthopaedics employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Details of any planned changes would be provided to you by Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
